Teahnician Kampel reported the revlaed eite plan of the preliminary plat had been submitted to Dan Boxrud for hie review, and reviewed Mr. Boxrud's recommendatione regarding grading and drainage and sanitary sewer. He added Mr. IIoxrud is recommending the 8" PVC culvert be pr±vately owned and maintained by the owner~r of the lot, rather than the City. Mr. Thoreon sta,ted he had nothing to add regarding his cequest.
