Chairman Mountin explainc~d the Planning Commiesion had reviewed the requoet at their November 17 agonda sesaion and they were waiting for Mr. Dalberg'e decieion on how he would like to procead. ~ Mr. Dalberg etated it would not be Peaeible to place I ~uet one duplex on the lot, but that he cuuld also I cor,aider going to A-3 and conatructing a townhouee. Co~issloner Linke etated how much he had enjoyed working with the Planning Co~iasion and thanked , them, Chaixman Mountin reported she would be meeting with Mayor MeCarty at 7 PM on Deaember 2, and hie committee, to davelap aome type of approach to the airport probleme.
