Chsirman Mountin pointed out the proposed devalop-
ment would require an amendmant to the Comprehaneiae
Plan.
Mr. Erka informed the Commiseion that his closing
is set for March 4, and the purchaae agreament is
contingent upon the proper approval baing received
I from the City,

propodal ahould be diecussed furthar wi.th Mr. Erke
at the next ugenda sessian. Thep askad thet Dir.
Erke be provided with the pertinent uscCiun of the

The Commieeionere discuesed the wetlanda ordinance
violations, and the signal at Highwxy 10 and Long
Lake Road, as wall as the aituation with the
Watson/Miller property,

back from Dynamic Developera and the Herbst ~ub-
division, and they may both be on the next agenda.

WHEREAS, as a reault u£ this legialation, the Mounds
View City Councii adopted Ordinance umending Chapter 40 as it
relatea to manufactured homes; and
WH£REAS, the MoundA Viaw Planning Commiscion sees Y.he
need to revise the existing Mobile Home Code to incorporate
raanufacturad home lahguaggt and
WHEREAS, the Mounda View City Charter requires that the
City's ordinahaes be reviewed at least once every two (2) yeazst
