Councilmember Blanchard reported the Council had 8. Diacnss Past

Technician KFxmpel reported he rrould be meeting wS.th
Mr. Herbst on February 3 to diecuse conc~rns with
his proposal, and thst i£ everything can rie resolved
in time, he wi~l ba on the agenda for thA next work-
ehop meeting. He adde~l there were no fuzther
applicationa at this time.
Technician Kampel reported the Planning Commiseion
will continua to work on Chapter 43, and the sign
iaeue. The Co~iseionera aeked Ter,hniciau Kampel
to'get copiea of. the siRn ordinances from aurrounding
co~unitiee .
The Planning Commission asked Technician Ksmpel to
-- go back on Resoluticn No, 72-83 an8 indicate the
changes that were made by striking the old msterial
and underlining the new material, Co make it ~aaier
for the Counail to review.
Chairman Mowntin reported the attendees ae the
January 19 agenda meeting'were Commi'seionera
Warren, Anderson, Miller and Mountin, Director
Johneon and Technician Kampel, with Cummisaioner
McCarthy having an excused absence.
Technician Kampel stated he had nothLaig further to
add to the information he had given the Planttiag

WNEREAS, the Mounda Vi,ew Planning Commission has reviewed the
appliaation £rom Sam Dalberg and Glenn Haneon for approval. of the
following:
1) A minor ~ubdivisior~ (2 lots into 3).
2) A rezoning of the ea~terly 2 of the proposed 3 lots frorn
R-1, Single Farily Rasidential to R-3, Medium Density
Residential.
3) A r.pnditional use perm:l- to nonetruct townhouaes on R-3
zoned property.
4) Developmenk,approval`to construct the townhousesr and
WAGREAS, th= Mounds View Plannfr.g Commisaion has received and
has reviewed the report from City staff regarding this req'aest; and
, WHEREAS, the Mounds View P1annSng Commission £inds that the
proposed minor nubdivision request meQks minim~m Zoning Code require-
menta f~r square footage, frontage, and setbacks; and
WHEREAS,.the Planning Commiasion aleo fin3s thnt an R-3 xoning
is an appropriate transitional zona betwnen a Sinyle/Two Family
