Mr. Wayne Sacliman, Mr. Gil Hahn, Dir. Yenish and

had been determined earlier with the MeDonald's
development, an3 it was felt L•o be sufficient, but
woald be reviewed again, and that the catchmenL•
area as shown wou].d provide the required storage
espacity for the motel, whi.l.e any furthaz develop-
menC might not be covered in tfiet capacity, but
would be addresaed when furtliex devalopment was
proposed;' that thexe are separate ownerships fox

Chaixwan Mountin reviewed the backgzou;id of tha
pro~e~t, stating that Mr. Miller has requaeted an
exteneion, which Staff has raviewed and found
thera to be exCenuating circumstances, and tho
Council hae requaeted a recoffinendation on their
findinge from eha Plsnning Coa~iesiou.
Mr, Milier atatad that they are ~use dealing ~ith

Jim Miller showed the wet2aada area on hi~ msp and

preliminary plat stage of his propoaul, and hae

a major aubdivision for twelve A-unit apartmen~

Councilmamber Hlanchard reported the Cuuncil has
looked at Mr. Foppelaars proposal and tha!; while
thay are not nappy with him building on ttie wetLand,
he aill be coming in far a wetlande alteratian, and
that ik 3e possible thaC hie buildings could b~
erran~ed for the garagea to go in the buffer zone,
but not have the buildinga in the wetlan<1, and he
wi.ll require varia.naes frum the Planning Commiasion.
