Commiseioner Warren arrived at 7:25 p.m. Commiseioner Anderaon had an excueed abaenae. AL59 PRESENT: C~uncilmember Slanotiard and Engineering/ P ann ng Teahnician Kampel. Mre. Roaelyn 4?~ibel, 7150 Knollwood Driva, requeated input and approval from the Planning Commiasion on a subdivision oE two lote into three involving her property at 7150 Knollwood Drive and property owned bv Alphonae Petron at 2909 Woodale Driva. There was a diecuesion amongat the Commisaionere concerning thia ~~euhd.ivi~~.on request. The Commisaioners Case 134-83 did receive a copy of the Attorney'e wrltten opinion. Mr. Emereon drew a eketch on the board showinq the location of eide yards. Mra. Emer9on statied thak the driveway wae in exidtence for many yeare. They are not putting in a new driveway, but repairittg/replacing an axiecing driveway.
