official notice would have to be eent to the owner of the
building. He added that the letter will identiEy the
proposed use, from residential use to bueineag/office use,
with some examples given of what could be allowed.

reduce that number, and are conaidering placing a fee
for copies of that nature. She questioned if each
Planning Comm3esioner felt it was necessary to receive
their own copp of the Council minutes and agandae.

Council had recently given them, and sYated that while

gi.ve up their coffee at the meetings, in lieu of paying

should be paid.
