Mr. Jahnson etated that Chrietopher Companies has indi.cated thet if a feasible solution is suggeeted, they would be willing to work towerd it. He aleo explained that shaping the pond would not help as it would become very baggy and not draln, and he Wculd prefer to see the eides sloped. ~--~.. It wae also pointed out that fencing wi12 not relieve anyo~e of liability, nor ie it a guarantee for keeping children out nf the ponding area. There wae conaiderable diecusaiou regardin~ the St. Stephen right-of-way, and whether onl,y half of the right-of-way could be taken back. Clerk/Adminiatrator Pauley stated he believed the right-of-way would have to be vacated fully, but he would have to'check with Attorney Meyera.
