Director Thatcher reported St.aff has finished the lo. 8ta£f Report
review of Che updated report, Planning in Minnesota,
and £ound very few chan~es, so new copies have not
been ordered. He stated that the chan~es would be
noCed aa the Planning Couuui,seion, or sny ~ther gruup,
~ works with the report.

Director Thatcher reported that aince the Planning
Commiesion had seked him to locate some extra copies
of the Comp Plan, he hae located ona copy, and wi.ll
be chec[cing to meke aure they were turned in from
past commission membeza.
Aixector Thatcher adviaed the Coffiniabioneta he had extra
copies of the memo #rom the Clerk/Administrator
regarding the controvexsial rezonings, He explained
ehat Frank Kempel wi.ll be attending tha hearings, and
ateted it would be help£ul to have the members of the
