He reviewed the memo from the building inepector, dated July 2S, 1984, and hie recommen- datlone that it meet the maximum square footage requirement of 216 sf, and look ar.chitectually the atune ae the principel building, and that it iacor- porate the garbage faciiities. He also advieed the statua af earlier convereations with the Cauncil reEarding a parking ban, and recommended it be placed on the agenda again £or discuosion and to resolve the iasue.
