COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
BRIAN SAWYER, POLICE OFFICER
WHEREAS, Brian Sawyer has resigned as a Police Officer for the City of
Mounds View, his last day of employment was August 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Mr. Sawyer
is eligible for a cash payout of his vacation hours; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Sawyer had less than two (2) years of service and is not eligible
for sick time payout; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Sawyer's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 29.88
hours; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Sawyer's rate of pay upon resignation was $25.66 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves severance to Brian Sawyer consistent with the Mounds View Personnel
Manual as follows:
