MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 104-84
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING
GALE/YOST ADDITION, 8205 LAPORT DRIVE, CASE 149-84
WHEREAS, the developer is proposing a major subdivision
consisting of three lots~ and
WHEREAS, the City, to date, has received a petition for
the public improvement and a feasibility study has be submitted~
WHEREAS, the hardship justification for the project is the
City's closing of the easement on Ardan Avenue which made other
lot development not practical~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that a
development agreement be entered into between the City of Mounds
View and the developers, Susan Gale and Debra Yost, which include
the following provisions:
a. Exhibits
1) site grading and utility plan
2) site development and landscape plan
3) site survey
4) easement map and legal description for
required storage pond (ordinance No. 49A)
5) legal description
6) Ordinance No. 49A seven year performance
bond of $1,000.00
7) building plans and specifications
8) 10 foot wide foot path easement
b. Security for the development in an amount to be
determined.
c. Payment of all City expenses above and beyond amounts
previously submited.
d. Other items as may be required by the City Council.
e. Variance for 60 foot radius and 25 foot setback.
f. Removal of shed and garage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission direct staff to foward this resolution to the City
Council prior to approval of the minutes.
