RESOLUTION NO. 109-84
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST OF
CHARLES L. KOENIG AT 7869 GREENWOOD DRIVE
WHEREAS, Charles L. Koenig has applied for a driveway
setack variance of 4 feet; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Koenig has proved hardship by definition of
Zoning Code Section 40.26, Subd. Di and
WHEREAS, the hardship includes location of the existing
driveway unimproved for the last 38 years; and
WHEREAS, 15 years ago a subdivision occurred placing the
driveway closer than 5 feet to the property line; and
WHEREAS, the owner, Mr. Koenig, now requests to pave and
improve the driveway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission approves the variance for Mr. Koenig because
of due hardship allowing the driveway to be placed within one
foot of the property line for approximately 28 feet;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remainder of the driveway
and a future garage must be 5 feet from the property line.
