RESOLUTION NO. 110-84

RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT
PROPOSAL OF BAY WEST, INC., PLANNING CASE 154-84
WHEREAS, Bay West, Inc. has requested to build a 10,100
square foot office/warehouse building; and
WHEREAS, Mounds View Code Section 59.07 requires
development review of such proposals; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Bay West, Inc., has submitted a
site plan and floor plan; and
WHEREAS, the site plan and floor plan meet minimum Code
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed use is also in compliance with the
existing zoning and Comprehensive Plan designation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the proposal with the
following conditions:
1) B-6-18 curbing be used for parking areas and areas
needing drainage control.
2) That thepplicant agree to pave Mustang Lane at a
future time as an emergency secondary entrance for the
industrial park.
3) Exhibits for the development agreement include:
a. Site bond
b. Pla'-s and specifications
c. Site Plan and landscaping plan
d. Chapter 49A drainage requirements
e. Chapter 49A security
f. Exhibit A to include items 1 and 2 above
g. Rice Creek watershed District approval
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City
Council prior to approval of the minutes.
