COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING
THE REZONINGS OF PROPERTY LEGALLY KNOvlli AS RED
OAK ESTATES NO. 3 SUB.JECT TO EASEMENT; LOTS I
THROUGH 74, BLOCK I
vlliEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the property
for rezoning; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held meetings with
the neighboring residents
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends the subject property remain
zoned R-I, Single Family Residential.
