RESOLUTION NO. 117-84
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VARIANCE REQUEST
FOR KINDER CARE LOCATED AT 2791 HIGHWAY 10
WHEREAS, Kinder Care is proposing to develop the subject
property; and
WHEREAS, the parking and loading area does not meet
setback requirements; and
WHEREAS, the hardship is the triangular shape of the lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission approves the variance request as shown on the
drawings for the front and side yards.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the variance be null and void
if Kinder Care is not developed and opened for business.
Adopted this 15th day of August, 1984.
