RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION
ImQUEST OF Em\TARD WERDIEN FOR 6940 SILVER LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS I Edward Werdien has requested a minor subdivis,ion
(co:i11birling t:wo lot.s into ()rls); and
~rilHEREAS, ~.1ounds View Subdivision Code requires that a
cOIl'bination of such be approved by the Pl.anning Com..'1lission and
City Council; and
WiIEREAS, the combination meet,s all minimum requirements
required by Mounds View City Code; and
WHEREAS, a minor subdivision as requested requires that
a surveyor's certificate be submitted;

Planning Co::nmission recoHlJ.'TIends approval of the minor subdivision
request of Edward Werdien subject to submission of a surveyor's
certificate meeti~g subdivision code requirements;
BE IT FUH,TEEP. RESOLVE;) that, should any irregularities show
up on the surveyor's certificate that the filing of the subdivision
request be denie~ until such time the irregularities are approved
by the Planning Commission and Ci ty Council.
