RESOLUTION NO. 126-85
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING MOUNDS
VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 163-84, FIRST STATE BANK
OF NEW BRIGHTON, MOUNDS VIEW OFFICE
WHEREAS, the First State Bank of New Brighton, Mounds View
Office, has applied for a code appeal to construct a garage on
their property located at 2711 Highway 10; and
WHEREAS, the existing property is presently zoned B-2; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Code Chapter 40 does not expressly permit
garages or accessory building in business zones;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends denial of the request by the First State Bank
of New Brighton, Mounds View Office;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City
Council prior to approval of the minutes.
