MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 152-85
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING
MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 185-86, MINOR
SUBDIVISION FOR 3030 COUNTY ROAD J
WHEREAS, ,John Engberg, 3030 County Road J, requested City
approval for a minor subdivision on January 28, 1986~ and
WHEREAS, Mr. Engberg has provided a Surveyor's Certifi-
cate; and
~vHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the infor-
mation submitted by the applicant; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this
proposed minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all
Chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapter 40, 42, 49
and 49A and State Statutes;
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Mr.
Enberg for a minor subdivision;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City
Council prior to approval of the minutes.
Adopted this 5th day of February, 1986.
