MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 169-86
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING THE
ALLOCATION OF FUNDS TO HIRE A PLANNING CONSULTANT
FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission is
reviewing the Comprehensive Land Use plan and the City's
Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is reviewing the
Wuornos Study; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission needs expert planning
consultant help on this issue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission requests that the Mounds View City Council allocate
funds to hire a planning consultant and retain the consultant
to work with the Planning Commission.
Adopted this 7th day of August, 1986.
