RESOLUTION NO. 190-87
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING REAPPROVAL OF MINOR
SUBDIVISION, 8368 RED OAK DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 212-87
WHEREAS, on October 23, 1980 Paul Johnson, 8368 Red Oak
Drive, requested approval of a minor subdivision to resubdivide
two lots by adjusting the common rear lot line; and
WHEREAS, the minor subdivision received the approval of the
Planning Commission and City Council with a requirement that
utility easements as shown on the drawing entitled,"Sheet 3" be
given; and
WHEREAS, Paul Johnson did not file the necessary documents
for recording within the required 60 day period and has reapplied
for approval of the minor subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the proposal has been reviewed by staff and
recommended for approval with the requested utility easements and
an additional 8 feet of right-of-way on Red Oak Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision with the
requested utility easements and 8 feet 0f right-of-way on Red Oak
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission directs staff to forward this resolui:lon to the City
Council prior to approval of the minutes.
