MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 192-87
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF WOLF AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 214-87
WHEREAS, Wolf and Associates, Inc. has submitted a
Development Proposal for the addition of a 3,667 square foot
warehouse addition to their existing facility located at 4860
Mustang Circle; and
WHEREAS, Staff and the Planning Commission have completed
a review of the proposal; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the
project is in conformance with all applicable Municipal Codes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission directs Staf~ to forward this resolution to
the City Council prior to approval of the minutes.
Adopted this 1st day of July, 1987.
