RESOLUTION NO. 195-87
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDING RESOLUTION, INC. IN ASSOCIATION WITH
BARTON-ASCHMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. AS THE CITY'S
PLANNING CONSULTANTS
WHEREAS, Resolution, Inc., in association with Barton-
Aschman Associates, Inc. submitted a proposal to undertake an
update of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Development Codes in
response to the City's request for Proposals; and
WHEREAS, a committee made up of the Clerk-Administrator,
2 Planning Commissioners, and 2 City Councilmembers interviewed
all applicants and unanimously recommended Resolution, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposal of
Resolution, Inc. and agreed with the recommendation of the
selection committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends the selection of
Resolution, Inc., in association with Barton-Aschman Associates,
Inc. as the City's planning consultant to undertake an update of
the City's Comprehensive Plan and Development Codes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City
Council prior to approval of the minutes.
