RESOLUTION NO. 208-87

COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF MOUNDS VIEW
PLANNING CASE NO. 227-87, ALPHONSE L. PETRON,
2909 WOODALE DRIVE, MINOR SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Alphonse L. Petron, 2909 Woodale Drive, has
requested approval of a minor subdivision creating two lots
meeting the requirements of Chapter 40.06, Subd. B; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff and the Mounds View Planning
Commission have reviewed the preliminary plat and determined that
the existing structures meet the minimum setback requirements;
NOVJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision
for Alphonse L. Petron, 2909 Woodale Drive, contingent upon the
following:
1. Mr. Petron submit a certified site plan and legal
descripton.
2. Mr. Petron remove his driveway from the newly created
lot and construct an improved driveway on his lot by
July 1, 1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City
Council prior to approval of the minutes.
Adopted this 2nd day of December, 1987.
