CITY OF HOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF HINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST BY TOM DEUSER,
2097 PINEWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 242-88
WHEREAS, Mr. Deuser has requested a variance to put a
driveway closer to his property line than the Code allows; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Deuser is requesting a 16 inch variance from
the setback requirement on the west side of his property; and
WHEREAS, a gravel driveway currently exists on the
property in the location proposed for the concrete driveway; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Deuser's garage is currently set 3 feet 8
inches from the west lot line; and
WHEREAS, granting the variance does not confer a privilege
to the owner which is not enjoyed by other residents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission grants a 16 inch variance from the driveway
setback requirement for the northern 12 feet of the driveway of
2097 Pinewood Drive.
