<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 240-88 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, <br />PAUL R. NEWCOMB, 8085 WOODLAWN DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 255-88 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Paul R. Newcomb, 8085 Woodlawn Dr1ve, has <br />requested approval of a nnnor subd1v1s1on d1v1d1ng h1S lot 1nto <br />two lots; one lot 75' x 150' and the other 100' x 150'; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plann1ng Comm1SS1on has rev1ewed the <br />appl1cant's request for a m1nor subd1V1S1on and determ1nes that <br />1t 1S 1n conformance w1th Chapters 40 and 42 of the C1ty Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Comm1SS1on of the C1ty of Mounds V1ew recommends approval of the <br />m1nor subd1v1s1on request by Mr. Newcomb cont1ngent upon <br />the follow1ng: <br /> <br />1) prov1ding the C1ty w1th appropriate t1tle abstracts <br />and record1ng those abstracts with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2) That a dr1veway be constructed on the rema1n1ng lot to <br />afford access1b1l1ty to the lot w1th1n one year of <br />record1ng of the subd1vis1on. <br /> <br />3) The garage on the newly created lot be removed or a <br />house bU1lt on the premises w1th1n one year of <br />record1ng of the subd1v1s1on. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Comm1ss1on <br />dlrects Staff to forward th1S resolut1on to the C1ty Council <br />pr10r to approval of the m1nutes. <br /> <br />Adopted th1S 7th day of December, 1988. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/ ~.. <br />. . >' ...L/ __ <br />I /:(/<.:7-' {/ A/'6~~:%,Y<- - <br />Cha1 r .an <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~--d~ <br /> <br /> <br />C1ty Planner <br />
