RESOLUTION NO. 240-88
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION,
PAUL R. NEWCOMB, 8085 WOODLAWN DRIVE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 255-88
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul R. Newcomb, 8085 Woodlawn Dr1ve, has
requested approval of a nnnor subd1v1s1on d1v1d1ng h1S lot 1nto
two lots; one lot 75' x 150' and the other 100' x 150'; and
WHEREAS, the Plann1ng Comm1SS1on has rev1ewed the
appl1cant's request for a m1nor subd1V1S1on and determ1nes that
1t 1S 1n conformance w1th Chapters 40 and 42 of the C1ty Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Comm1SS1on of the C1ty of Mounds V1ew recommends approval of the
m1nor subd1v1s1on request by Mr. Newcomb cont1ngent upon
the follow1ng:
1) prov1ding the C1ty w1th appropriate t1tle abstracts
and record1ng those abstracts with Ramsey County.
2) That a dr1veway be constructed on the rema1n1ng lot to
afford access1b1l1ty to the lot w1th1n one year of
record1ng of the subd1vis1on.
3) The garage on the newly created lot be removed or a
house bU1lt on the premises w1th1n one year of
record1ng of the subd1v1s1on.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Comm1ss1on
dlrects Staff to forward th1S resolut1on to the C1ty Council
pr10r to approval of the m1nutes.
