RESOLUTION NO. 241-89
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION,
HARVEY PORATH, 7100 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 258-88
WHEREAS, Mr. Harvey Porath, 7100 Knollwood Drive, has
requested approval of a minor subdivision divid1ng his lot 1nto
two lots; one lot 75' x 170' and the other 125' x 170'; and
WHEREAS, the Plann1ng Comm1ss1on has rev1ewed the
appl1cant's request for a minor subdivision and determ1nes that
1t is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the C1ty Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Comm1ssion of the City of Mounds V1ew recommends approval of the
minor subd1v1sion request by Mr. Porath contingent upon the
following:
1) provid1ng the City w1th appropriate title abstracts
and recording those abstracts with Ramsey County.
2) The garage currently located on the existing lot be
moved or removed to meet the 5 feet side yard setback
w1th1n one year of recording of the subd1vision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Comrn1SS1on
d1rects Staff to forward th1S resolut1on to the City Counc1l
pr10r to approval of the minutes.
