COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESO'rA
RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSAL FOR HODIFICA'rION
NO. 1 TO TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 AND
PROPOSAL FOR APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO TO BE CONSISTENT
WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY
\'JHEREAS, the C1ty of Mounds V1ew, Minnesota (the "City")
has proposed Mod1f1cat1on No. 1 to Tax Increment Financing
D1str1ct No.3 (the "Tax Increment District") located w1thin
Development Distr1ct No.3, all located with1n the jur1sdictional
limIts of the C1ty and proposes the mod1fication of the Tax
Increment Financing Plan (the "Financ1ng Plan") relating thereto,
pursuant to M1nnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179,
1nclus1ve; and
WHEREAS, the Financing Plan has been subm1tted to the
Mounds View Plann1ng Commiss1on pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Sect10n 469.126, Subd. 1, and Minnesota Statutes, Section
469.175, Subd. 3(3); and
WHEREAS, the Plann1ng Commiss1on has reviewed the proposed
Financ1ng Plan to determ1ne the cons1stency of the F1nanc1ng Plan
to the Comprehens1ve Plan of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Comm1ssion
of the C1ty of Mounds View that the Financing Plan 1S consistent
with the Mounds V1ew Comprehens1ve Plan and the Plann1ng
Commiss1on recommends approval of the F1nancing Plan to the
Mounds V1ew C1ty Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Commission
d1rects Staff to forward this resolut1on to the City Counc1l
pr10r to approval of the m1nutes.
