RESOLUTION NO. 249-89
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUN'I'Y OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLu'rION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION,
JOSEPHINE BUHNE, 8406 RED OAK DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 265-89
WHEREAS, Josephine Huhne has requested approval of a mlnor
subdlvision for the property located at 8406 Red Oak Drlve,
legally known as:
N 101 FT OF S 2531 FT OF W 528 FT OF NE 1/4
(SUBJ TO RDS) IN SEC 6 TN 30 RN 23; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
applicant's request for a mlnor subdlvlslon and determlnes that
it lS in conformance wlth Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
CommlSSlon of the Clty of Mounds Vlew recommends approval of the
minor subdlVlslon request by Josephlne Huhne contingent upon the
followlng:
1) providlng the City wlth appropriate tltle abstracts
and recordlng those abstracts wlth Ramsey County.
2) The eXlstlng shed on Tract B shall be relocated to
Tract A.
3) All requirements of the Clty Engineer as outllned ln
the Staff Report dated Aprll 25, 1989, are complied
wlth.
4) The Park Dedication requlrements are satlsfactorlly
met.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commisslon
directs Staff to forward this resolutlon to the City Council
prlor to approval of the minutes.
