STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
FINDING THE CITY'S ADOPTION OF MODIFIED BOUNDARIES TO
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 AND THE ADOPTION OF THE
MODIFIED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICT NO.1, MODIFICATION NO.1, TO BE
CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the Clty'S adoptlon of modlfled boundarles to
Development Dlstrict No. 2 and the adoption of the Modifled Tax
Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing Dlstrict
No. 1 withln Development Distrlct No. 2 have been submltted to
the Mounds Vlew Plannlng Commlsslon pursuant to Mlnnesota
Statutes, Section 469.124 to 469.134, as amended and Mlnnesota
Statutes, Sectlon 469.174 to 469.179; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commisslon has reviewed the proposed
boundary modlflcation and proposed Modiflcation No. 1 to the Tax
Increment Financing Plan to determlne the consistency of the
Plans to the Comprehensive Plan of the Clty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning CommlSSlon
of the City of Mounds View that the Plans are conslstent wlth the
Mounds View Comprehensive Plan and the Commisslon recommends
forwarding these concluslons to the Mounds Vlew Clty Council.
