RESOLUTION NO. 254-89
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT
AND SITE PLAN TO CONSTRUCT A FOURPLEX IN THE BUFFER ZONE OF A
WE'rLAND, 7656/7660 WOODLAWN DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 138-83
WHEREAS, Dynamlc Deslgners has submitted a request for a
wetland alteration permit to construct a fourplex ln the buffer
zone (plans dated April 28, 1989, revised May 10, 1989 and
received May 17, 1989)~ and
WHEREAS, the proposed site plan meets all zonlng ordlnance
mlnimum lot area and yard setback requirements; and
WHEREAS, Barr Engineering has reviewed and commented on
the wetland impact and found that the proposal does not have a
significant adverse impact on the wetland~ and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commlssion requires a permit from
Rlce Creek Watershed Dlstrlct for wetland alteration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commisslon of the Clty of Mounds Vlew recommends to the Clty
Council approval of the wetland alteration permit contingent
upon:
1. The trash location is speclfically indlcated on the
site plan. It is understood that the trash wlll be
located between the prlnclpal building and the garage.
2. There shall be no outdoor storage.
3. Comments of the Engineer.
4. Comments of the Clty Attorney.
5. Comments of the City Forester.
6. Constructlon of a baffled welr control structure at
the wetland outlet conslstent with Rice Creek
Watershed District requlrements.
7. Rlce Creek Watershed Dlstrlct permit.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that thlS resolution be forwarded
to the Clty Council prlor to approval of the mlnutes.
