RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR SUBDIVISION
FOR MICHAEL MEZZENGA, APPROXIMATELY 8140/8212 LONG LAKE
ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 256-88
WHEREAS, Michael Mezzenga has requested approval of a
major subdivision for the property located at approximately 8140
/8212 Long Lake Road, legally known as:
EXCEPT WEST 2112 FEET AND EXCEPT EAST 315 FEET OF NORTH
172.5 FEET THE NORTH 405 FEET OF SOUTH 810 FEET OF
NORTHEAST 1/4 SUBJECT OT ROAD IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 30,
RANGE 23
WHEREAS, the site plan lS shown as Attachment A and dated
December 7, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commlssion has reviewed the
applicant's request for a major subdivision that includes three
(3) slngle family lots and one (1) outlot and determlnes that lt
lS in conformance with all applicable chapters of the Clty Code~
and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commisslon has preliminarily
dlscussed the potentlal concept development of Outlot A
and the upgrading of Greenwood Drive~ and
.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commlssion has prelimnarlly
dlscussed the potential development of Outlot A upgrading
Greenwood Drlve and subdividlng the back portlon of the lots
frontlng on Eastwood and decided to continue discussing the
development of the back area as a seperate issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commlssion of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the
major subdivision request by Michael Mezzenga contingent upon the
following:
1) Provlding the City with appropriate title abstracts
for each lot and outlot and recording those abstracts
with Ramsey County.
2) All requlrements of the City Engineer are complied
with as outllned in Clty Engineer's memo dated
June 16, 1989 and attached hereto.
3) The Park Dedlcation requirements are satisfactorlly
met.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
