RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION,
ELIZABETH MEZZANO, 7490 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 274-89
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Mezzano has requested approval of a
minor subdivision for the property located at 7490 Knollwood
Drive, legally known as:
SPRING LAKE PARK KNOLLS ADDITION
LOT 102
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
applicant's request for a minor subdivision and determines that
it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the
minor subdivision request by Elizabeth Mezzano contingent upon
the following:
1) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts
for each lot and recording those abstracts with Ramsey
County.

2) The Park Dedication requirements are satisfactorily
met.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
