RESOLUTION NO. 262-89
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAJ.V1SEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
AND DEVELOPMENT SITE PLANS FOR THE RAMSEY COUNTY LIBRARY
LOCATED AT 2575 MOUNDS VIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 277-89
WHEREAS, the Mounds VIew PlannIng CommISSIon has reVIewed
the development plans for the Mounds VIew LIbrary to be located
at 2575 Mounds View DrIve, legally known as SlIver Lake Woods,
Block 12, Lot 1; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the
development plans are consIstent WIth the development intentions
for HIghway 10 In Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, the SIte plans meet all mInImum requlrements
outlIned in Chapter 40 of the CIty Code (Zoning Ordinance); and
WHEREAS, the project requires a permit from the Rice Creek
Watershed DIstrIct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning CommiSSIon recommends to the Mounds View CIty CouncIl
approval of the condItlonal use permIt and development plans for
the proposed Mounds VIew LIbrary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plannlng CommIssion
directs Staff to forward thIS resolution to the CIty Council
prlor to approval of the mInutes.
Adopted thIS 6th day of September, 1989.
