RESOLUTION NO. 269-89
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION
(LOT COMBINATION) FOR TYSON TRUCKING, 4525 MUSTANG CIRCLE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 259-89
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the minor
subdIVIsion request which involves a lot combination of four (4)
parcels located at 4825 Mustang Circle, legally known as Mounds
VIew IndustrIal Park No.3, Block 1, Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7; and
WHEREAS, the lot combInation would make this property one
(1) bUIldable lot; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
Certificate of Survey and determInes that it meets the
requirements of Chapter 42 entItled, "SubdivIsion Regulations".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City
Council approval of the requested minor subdivision contingent
upon:
1. The ml.nor subdivision shall be reviewed and approved
by the City EngIneer.
2. The minor subdIvision shall be recorded with Ramsey
County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward thIS resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
