CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR SUBDIVISION
REQUEST BY WILLARD DOTY, 3049 BRONSON DRIVE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 280-89
WHEREAS, the PlannIng CommIssion revIewed the proposed
mInor subdIVIsion request by WIllard Doty for the property
located at 3049 Bronson Drive, legally known as Spring Lake Park
Knolls, west one-half of Lots 61 and 62, as shown on the
CertIfIcate of Survey dated April 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet the ml.nImUm lot
area and wIdth reqUIrements as outlined in the zoning and
subdIviSIon ordInances; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the City EngIneer have been
compIled wlth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
COmmlSSl.On of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City
Council approval of the requested mInor subdiVIsion contIngent
upon:
1. ThIS resolut.lon and t.he CertIflcat.e of Survey be
recorded with Ramsey County within Sl.xty (60) days of
f lna I adopt. lon.
2. The applicant pay the park dedicatlon fee of $100.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the PlannIng CommlsSlon
dIrects Staff to forward thIS resolution to the City Council
prIor to approval of the mInutes.
