RESOLUTION NO. 299-90
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL'OF THE
REQUESTED SUBDIVISION BY ELVERA MILLER/MYRNA MARCUS,
7415 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 307-90
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has
reviewed the requested subdivision proposed by Elvera Miller
and Myrna Marcus that would reduce one lot by 10 feet and add
to the abutting lot by 10 feet; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate of
Survey dated July 11, 1990, for review; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Engineer has reviewed the
proposed re-subdivision and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of
the requested subdivision.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
