RESOLUTION NO. 307-91
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE
MAJOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST BY WAYNE AND BARB DEPEW,
2601 AND 2617 SHERWOOD ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 319-90
WHEREAS, Wayne and Barb Depew have requested approv-
al of a major subdivision for the property located at 2601 and
2617 Sherwood Road; and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Survey is shown as
Attachment A dated October 5, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
applicant's request for a major subdivision that includes two
(2) single family lots and determined that it is in
conformance with Chapter 42 of the Mounds View Municipal Code
which regulates subdivisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the major
subdivision request by Wayne and Barb Depew for 2601 and 2617
Sherwood Road contingent upon the following:
1. That all utility easements deemed necessary by
the City Engineer be provided.
2. That potential right-of-way property for the
extension of Greenwood Drive be dedicated to
the public per City Engineer specifications.
3. A Certificate of Survey showing the aforemen-
tioned contingencies be provided.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
