COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR TOWN'S EDGE TERRACE, 5001 OLD HIGHWAY 8,
PLANNING CASE NO. 330-91
WHEREAS, Town's Edge Terrace, 5001 Old Highway 8, has
requested a conditional use permit to allow the construction of a
30' by 50' utility building on their site; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 40.14, Subdivisio, 0(1), of the Mounds
View Municipal Code allows for the "improve ~t, enlargement,
extension or alteration of an existing mob'l, e park" with the
issuance of a conditi~use pe~it; . nd

//. NOW, T ERE FORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning commiss on recommends to the City Council approval of a
conditional use permit to allow the construction of a 30' by 50'
utility building at Town's Edge Terrace, 5001 Old Highway 8.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
