RESOLUTION NO. 372-93
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
OF MULTI-TECH, 2205 WOODALE DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 367-93
WHEREAS, Multi-Tech has requested city approval to
construct a 59,970 square foot addition to their existing
facility at 2205 Woodale Drive; and
i WHEREAS, Chapter 59.07 of the Mounds View Municipal
~ode requires that a development review be conducted for all
commercial and industrial developments within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the
following documents regarding this development proposal:

Site/Landscape Plan dated October 4, 1993
Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan dated
October 14, 1993
Exterior Elevation Plan dated October 8, 1993

Illumination Distribution Plan dated October 27,
1993; and

WHEREAS,
the proposal is in
bf Chapter 40.

the Planning Commission has determined that
conformance with all applicable requirements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning commission recommends approval of the development review
:request.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
'directs Staff to forward this resolution to the city Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
