MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 382-94
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
OF WESTMINSTER CORPORATION, PLANNING CASE NO. 375-94
WHEREAS, Westminster Corporation has requested City
approval to construct an 83 unit Senior Housing Project at 2701
County ,Road I; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code
requires that a development review be conducted for all
residential developments other than single family detached
dwelling units within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
following documents regarding this development proposal:
1. Planning Application dated January 20, 1994
2. Letter of request dated February 2, 1994
3. Site/Landscape Plan dated March 18, 1994 and
revised April 28, 1994
WHEREAS, the Planning commission has determined that
the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements
of Chapter 1119, PUD Zoning, of the Mounds View Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review
request contingent upon the following:
1) All fees and costs associated with the review of
this request including, but not limited to,
appropriate Planning fees, consulting engineer fees
and legal costs, shall be paid in full prior to the
issuance of building permits for the project.
2) The proposed Storm Water Control plan shall be
approved by both the City Consulting Engineer and
the Rice Creek Watershed District.
3) provision shall be made for the safe crossing of
County Road I from the proposed project site to the
South side of County Road I fronting Silver View
Park.

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
