RESOLUTION NO. 386-94
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE REZONING/DEVELOPMENT
REVIEW REQUEST OF PRIME BUILDERS, PLANNING CASE NO. 383-94
WHEREAS, Prime Builders has requested City approval for
a Rezoning and Development Review for their prop()sed 22-unit
Townhome development at 2856 Highway 10; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is subject to thf~ requirements
contained in Titles 1000, 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning commission has rleviewed the
following documents regarding this development proposal:
1. Planning Application dated April 29, 1994
2. site Plan dated April 28, 1994
3. Grading and Utility Plan dated April 28, 1994
4. Building Elevations and Floor Plans
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that
the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements
of the Mounds View Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the ~.ezoning and
Development Review request of Prime Builders contingent upon the
following:
1) Storm Water Control Plans are submitted and approved by the
City Consulting Engineer.
2) The City is provided with a written statement, signed by
representatives of the Knollwood Green Townhome Association,
allowing the applicant to connect to and utilize the
emergency access on the South end of the Kn()llwood Green
property.

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
