RESOLUTION NO. 392-94
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR SUBDIVISION
FOR CITYWIDE DEVELOPERS, PLANNING CASE NO. 387-94
WHEREAS, Citywide Developers have requested approval of
a major subdivision for the property legally described and
attached as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the plat is shown as Sherwood Estates and dated
May 18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
applicant's request for a major subdivision that includes 17 lots
and one (1) outlot and found that it is in conformance with all
applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the
major subdivision request by Citywide Developers contingent upon
the following:
1) Outlot A as shown on the proposed Plat shall be
deeded to the City until such time that the property to the
immediate South of the Outlot is developed.
2) Storm water ponding on the proposed Plat shall be
provided per direction of the City Consulting Engineer
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior
to approval of the minutes.
Adopted this 6th day of July, 1994.
