MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 401-94
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
OF THE CROUSE CARTAGE COMPANY, 2169 MUSTANG DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Crouse Cartage Company has requested City
approval to construct an approximately 3500 square foot, 17 bay
building addition and surface approximately 90,000 square feet
for parking purposes at their facility at 2169 Mustang Drive; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code
requires that a development review be conducted for this and
similar proposals; and
WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the
following documents regarding this development proposal:
1. Planning Application dated September 21, 1994
2. Topographic Survey dated August 23, 1994 and
amended September 20, 1994
3. Building Plans dated August 24, 1994; and
. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that
the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements
of Chapter 1100.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review
request subject to the following condition:
1. The proposal meets all applicable requirements of
the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) for storm
water runoff control.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
