RESOLUTION NO. 411-95
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW/PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR DYNEX INDUSTRIES, 4751 MUSTANG
CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 407-95
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning commission has
reviewed the request of Dynex Industries for a Development
RevieW/Planned Unit Development Amendment for a phased building
addition at 4751 Mustang Circle; and
WHEREAS, Dynex has submitted an application and site
Plan for the proposed project dated February 22, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineer has reviewed the
grading, drainage and erosion control plan for the project and
found it in conformance with applicable City Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable
requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to
development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of
the requested Development Review/Planned Unit Development
Amendment for a phased building addition to their facility at
4751 Mustang Circle contingent upon the following:
a) A landscape plan and planting schedule shall be
submitted for review and approval by the City Forester.
b) Fire suppression devices shall be provided on the
property per the direction of City Staff.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
