RESOLUTION NO. 450-96
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
ST ATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR
LARRY BEACH, 7775 SPRING LAKE ROAD,
MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 440-96
WHEREAS, Mr, Larry Beach, 7775 Spring Lake Road, has requested approval for a minor
subdivision dividing the northern 80 feet from the remaining property; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to purchase the 7775 Spring lake Road property has been made
between Larry Beach and the legal owner of the property, Mrs, Carlson; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor
subdivision and determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 and 1204 of the
Municipal Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
recommends approval of the minor subdivision request made by Larry Beach, 7775 Spring Lake Road,
contingent upon the following:
}, The resolution and Certificate of Survey be recorded with Ramsey County within
sixty (60) days of final adoption, and present proof of such recording to the City of
Mounds View.
2, The applicant pay the park dedication fee of$100,OO
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs Staff to
forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes,
