CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN
OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR CURT AND AMY CLOCHI'E,
8100 GROVELAND ROAD, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO, 44]-96
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request of Curt and Amy
Clochi' e for additional accessory square footage; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use permit up to 1,264
square feet of accessory building square footage on one lot; and
WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is I, 262 square feet,
which is below the maximum allowed; and
WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all app]icable setback requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
recommends to the City Council approval of the requested conditional use permit for additional accessory
building square footage by Curt and Amy Clochi' e, 8] 00 Grove]and Road, contingent upon the following:
1.
The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County and proof of such
recording be presented to the City of Mounds View,
2. The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with the
dwelling unit.
3, Should the use change for what the permit was granted for, the pemlit shall
become null and void,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs Staff to
forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes,
