RESOLUTION NO. 469-96
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF
EVEREST DEVELOPMENT LTD., MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK, BUILDING G, 5251
PROGRAM A VENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 453-96
WHEREAS, Everest Dcvelopment, Ltd. has requestcd City approval to amcnd Dcvelopment
Agreement 87-81 to increase parking by 35 stalls along the east of the building and rcstripe the parking
stalls to the south of the building;
WHEREAS, Chaptcr 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a development
rcview bc conducted for this and similar proposals; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has revicwed the following documents regarding this
developmcnt proposal:
l. Planning Application datcd July 19, 1996
2. Site Plan dated July II, 1996
3. Approval and all necessary permits be obtaincd from Rice Crcck Watershcd
District.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has dctermined that thc proposal is in confommnce with all
applicable requircments ofTitlc 1100.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
recommends approval of the developmcnt revicw requcst, contingent upon the following:
1. Everest Development, Ltd. enter into a development
agreement with the City of Mounds View.
2. A landscaping plan be submitted and installed, subject to approval of the
City Forester.
3. Approval and all necessary pennits be obtained from Rice Creek Watershcd
District.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs Staff to forward this
resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutcs.
