<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 634-00 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />OF 2468 AND 2474 COUNTY ROAD H2, REQUESTED BY RTM MANAGEMENT, <br />REPRESENTING PROPERTY OWNERS JAMES KUPHAL AND DANINE & DAVID <br />SUPER; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MIOO-002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RTM Management, Inc., representing property owners James Kuphal and <br />Danine & David Super, has requested approval ofa minor subdivision of2468 and 2474 County <br />Road H2, properties zoned R-I, Single Family Residential, and legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 7 & 8, Block J, Clear View Addition <br />County of Ramsey. State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to subdivide the rear 80 feet from both lots to create a <br />buildable lot fronting lrondale Road with a proposed legal description as follows: <br /> <br />lhe Southerly 80. OOfeet qjLots 7 & 8, Block 1, Clear View Addition <br />COllnty (?f Ramsey, State qlMinnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and 1202 of <br />the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate of Survey for the above described <br />property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Technician and Public Works Director for the City of <br />Mounds View have reviewed the proposed minor subdivision and has found it acceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Certificate of Survey has been forwarded to the City Attorney <br />for review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd. 4, a park dedication fee in the <br />amount of $733 is applicable with this proposed minor subdivision. <br />
